Dr. Melissa Furman has a rich academic background in business, counseling, and psychology and her true passion lies within workforce, leadership, and professional development.

As business continues to move at a rapid pace in an ever-changing environment, individual and organizational adaptability, resiliency, and grit will be needed to successfully navigate the dynamic landscape. This session will demonstrate how these three qualities can improve individual and organizational performance, provide assessment activities to assess the qualities, and apply strategies and techniques for developing adaptability, resiliency, and grit.
