Crystal Morphis formed Creative Economic Development Consulting, LLC in 2012. She built a firm that has become the “go-to” economic development consulting firm while maintaining her commitment to pay-it-forward. She is the firm’s “bright idea generator.”
Penny Whiteheart, Senior Consultant, joined Creative Economic Development Consulting, LLC in 2016. She provides strategy, research, and facilitation support for CEDC’s clients and internal programs. With more than 25 years of experience in economic development, she brings experience in regional innovation and cluster strategies, marketing, and international trade.
Heather Beard, Research Analyst began her economic development career at the county level and has since worked in many capacities at the county and regional levels. She joined the Creative EDC team in 2012 supporting the firm’s work in strategic planning, product development, and site selection.
